GS-APPS built the FlexList app as a Freemium application. This SERVICE is provided by GS-APPS at no cost for a 30-day trial period, after which ad support is enabled, with an option for a one-time lifetime in-app purchase to permanently remove advertisements.

Information Storage & Processing

FlexList is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first architecture. All user-generated content—including your custom lists, rich notes, task statuses, and reminder dates—is stored strictly on your local physical device using encrypted local database storage (Hive).

We do not require account creation, email registration, or login credentials to use FlexList. We do not operate remote databases to store or synchronize your private notes and lists.

Third-Party Services

To support app monetization and facilitate digital purchase verification, FlexList integrates select official third-party software development kits (SDKs) provided by Google. These third-party services may collect non-personally identifiable telemetry to function properly:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays banner advertisements upon the expiration of the 30-day trial. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), app interaction metrics, diagnostics, and approximate location (derived from IP address) for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play In-App Billing: Facilitates the optional one-time purchase to permanently remove ads. All payment transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play. GS-APPS does not store, collect, or have access to your credit card details or financial information.

Local Notifications

FlexList allows you to set local scheduled reminders for lists and notes. Notification timers are managed locally by your device's operating system. No notification data or schedule information is transmitted off your device.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Security

We value your trust in using FlexList. Since all your application data remains locally on your phone, your data security is tied directly to your physical device security. All third-party SDK network transmissions (ad delivery and purchase verification) are conducted over secure, encrypted HTTPS channels.
